We believe that developing a strong understanding of future career opportunities is essential in helping our students become confident, motivated, and ambitious young people. As part of our commitment to preparing students for life beyond school, we place a high value on careers education and exposure to the many exciting pathways available to them. We are therefore delighted to announce our upcoming Careers Fair, which will take place on Tuesday 6th May. This event will be a fantastic opportunity for our students to explore a wide range of post-16 and post-18 options, including industries, colleges, apprenticeships, and universities. We are proud to be welcoming a diverse group of professionals and organisations who are eager to share their expertise and inspire the next generation. The Careers Fair is designed to:

• Encourage students to explore different career paths

• Help them understand the skills, qualifications, and experiences needed for a variety of professions

• Raise aspirations by showcasing a wide array of possibilities, from traditional academic routes to emerging sectors and technical careers.

We are committed to ensuring that every student has the chance to consider their future with curiosity, ambition, and confidence. Whether your child is already focused on a particular career or just beginning to think about life beyond school, we hope this event will provide valuable insights and inspiration.

Please encourage your child to take full advantage of the day by engaging with exhibitors, asking questions, and reflecting on how their current learning connects to their future goals.

Wishing you all a restful and enjoyable Bank Holiday weekend.

Mrs Larizadeh
