In the run up to formal summer exams, revision materials for each subject will be posted here.
This guide provides you with information about this year’s arrangements for qualifications regulated by Ofqual. It also explains what support is in place when taking exams and assessments. If you have any questions about the contents of this guide, please speak to the Exams Officer.

Exams equipment
Students must make sure they are properly equipped for every exam. You should bring two black ball-pens, a pencil, eraser, sharpener, ruler and any other writing or Mathematics equipment (calculator, compass, protractor) needed to your exams. Check with your teacher if you think you will need any specialist equipment.
Contingency Day
The awarding bodies have designated the afternoons of 06/06/24, 13/06/2024 and 26/06/24 as contingency days for examinations.
The designation of contingency days within the common examination timetable is in the event of national or significant local disruption to examinations in the United Kingdom. It is part of the awarding bodies’ standard contingency planning for examinations.
Candidates are reminded that they must remain available until Wednesday 26 June 2024 should an awarding body need to invoke its contingency plan.
