Newsletter 10/07/20
This is the last edition of the newsletter for the academic year. It was wonderful to welcome some of the students back today and we are looking forward to seeing everyone between now and the end of term; they all looked incredibly smart in their uniform! Our most important event of the year, Virtual Honours Evening is Wednesday 15th July. You have been sent a letter which contains the virtual link and you can find a copy of the programme here. It is split into two halves, with Year 8 at 6pm and Year 7 at 7pm. I would just like to reiterate what I said in my letter yesterday: No matter what your experience of lockdown, parents have been terrific: on behalf of all staff, we want to thank you for everything you have done to support your children’s success over this period, and to support our school. The letter outlines our plans for opening in September and you will find a copy of it here. I will write to you again at the end of August with an update on our plans, but I am very much looking forward to welcoming everyone back on Monday 7th September.
