Thank you for completing the questionnaires for the Ofsted inspection; I really appreciate it. It will be a few weeks until we get the report, but the lead inspector asked me to pass on to the students that they were very engaging and articulate throughout.

Alongside the inspection, life continues to be busy at HAWI. I am delighted to announce that we had our first Combined Cadet Force (CCF) parade on Wednesday. CCF gives young people the life skills and confidence to take charge of their lives so they can reach their full potential at school and beyond. If you would like any further information, please contact Mr Arnold.

Thank you to the English department for taking students to see 'To Kill a Mockingbird' at the Guilgud Theatre; it was a brilliant production and enjoyed by all.

It was a pleasure to attend the Wimbledon Parents Association (WPA) meeting last night who continue to give up their time to organise events for HAWI families.

The next date for your diary is the Quiz Night on Thursday 9th March - do we have a team who can beat the teachers this year?

I hope you have an enjoyable and relaxing weekend,

Mrs Larizadeh
