The sunshine came out just in time for our school visits this week. Our last visits were in the Autumn term of 2020 and I am so pleased that we were able to resume school trips this term. Learning in different settings gives students the opportunity to experience new places and broaden their horizons and knowledge. In June, each year group will have two outdoor activity days and we will provide more information after the half term holiday.
We also enjoyed welcoming Breis, a performance poet and rapper, Young Shakespeare theatre company who provided an excellent performance of scenes from Macbeth and Year 7 deepened their knowledge and understanding of different careers. The students have worked incredibly hard this half term and we are proud of all their achievements.
I hope the sun keeps shining over half term and everyone manages to get some rest.
Best wishes for a lovely half term,
Mrs Larizadeh
