HAWI has given me so many opportunities to develop as a person and to find my passions. I’ve found a love for playing the drums and this has inspired me to do music GCSE. I now look forward to coming to school not just to learn in lessons but to take part in all the extra-curricular activities where I can showcase my drumming skills.
I’ve had amazing mental health support at HAWI when things have been challenging, and this has allowed me to grow as a person and become more resilient where I know with the support of my teachers I can achieve anything.
