Harris Academy Wimbledon Achieves National Recognition for Outstanding Performance

Harris Academy Wimbledon is proud to announce that it has been recognised by SSAT (The Schools, Students and Teachers Network) in this year’s Educational Outcomes Awards. This national award places the school among the highest-performing secondary schools in the country, based on the latest performance data.

Harris Academy Wimbledon was recognised for being in the top 10% of non-selective schools nationally for student attainment in the 2025 GCSE exams.

The awards are based on analysis from SSAT’s Educational Outcomes Database, which combines data from DfE and Ofsted to compare performance across all state-funded schools in the country.

Receiving a SSAT Educational Outcomes Award is a significant achievement and reflects the dedication, expertise and commitment of the entire school community.

Sue Williamson, Chief Executive of SSAT, commented:

“Congratulations to Harris Academy Wimbledon on winning an SSAT Educational Outcomes Award. This success is down to the superb learning and teaching, outstanding support and inspirational leadership of staff. You have made a huge difference to the lives of the young people in your school. Thank you.”

Jo Larizadeh, Principal of Harris Academy Wimbledon, said:

“I am so proud of all that our students have achieved at GCSE level recently and am delighted that their hard work has been recognised by SSAT. This is also recognition of the fantastic teaching staff we have at Harris Academy Wimbledon and their dedication to supporting every student to reach their full potential. Our supportive and aspirational school environment sets our students up for continued success in our sixth form, and it is always exciting to see what they go onto achieve beyond their school years based on the strong foundation they build with us.”
