Newsletter 06/11/20
We have had a fantastic week in our new building. The students have quickly settled into the new routines and have enjoyed using all of the new facilities.
In the newsletter, you will see we have published information about staying safe. Please can you spend some time over the weekend talking to your child about how they should keep themselves safe as they walk to and from school. We also plan to talk to them about it. I am delighted to say that I have spoken to the Department for Education and we can continue with our extracurricular activities during this national lockdown. Consequently, extracurricular activities will begin next week and there is more information in the newsletter.
You should be very proud of how your children have approached the Covid-19 systems we have in school. They wear their face mask, regularly sanitise/wash their hands and keep in their bubble. It is really important that they follow the social distancing guidelines and the rules of the national lockdown outside of school so we can ensure we do not bring Covid-19 into the Academy. If your child has any symptoms please ensure they self-isolate. In addition, if they come into contact with anyone with symptoms they also must self-isolate.
We have a very exciting future ahead of us and I look forward to sharing all our news over the next half term.
Kind regards
Mrs Larizadeh
